State Departments of Transportation subject matter experts and university representatives from the New England states (Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island and Vermont) joined in for a day of learning, sharing, and discussion. Participants represented the topic areas of Materials, Environment, and Bridges.
