Initial contract documents being drafted between UVM and UNH. TBD
15-4: Optimizing Quality Assurance (QA) Processes for Asphalt Pavement Construction Scope of work development delayed until NETC Program is revised and relaunched. Awaiting finalization of 13-3 and report to inform this.
