Contract between UVM and UNH fully executed. PI has begun literature review. PI scheduled kick-off meeting for March 6, 2017. 7/31/18
15-4: Optimizing Quality Assurance (QA) Processes for Asphalt Pavement Construction Awaiting final 13-3 report (expected Spring 2017) to inform this.
*Final Tech Transfer Items:  Currently these include the final report to the TAC; a “Fact Sheet” summary – NETC template; a presentation to the TAC and other interested DOT participants that is recorded by NETC and made available.

  • FY2017 Fund Balance Transfers – Decision deferred
